You expressly understand and agree that:

The City of Coquitlam and the City of Port Moody expressly disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions of any kind related to the Services, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to the implied warranties, representations or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

b. The City of Coquitlam and the City of Port Moody make no warranty that (i) the Services will meet your requirements;(ii) the Services will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the Content or the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate, reliable, useful or complete; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations; and (v) the Site is or will be compatible with any and all software you use in conjunction with the Site.

c. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material.

d. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from the City of Coquitlam, the City of Port Moody, the Site, or through or from the Services will create any warranty, representation or condition not expressly stated in the Terms of Use.

e. If you communicate or attempt to communicate in any way with the City through the citysoup.ca web pages, you need to know that your communications are for convenience only and do not satisfy the requirement for legal notice to the City or any of its elected or appointed officials, employees, agents, agencies or lawful representatives for any existing or potential claim or cause of action against the City or for any other legal notice purpose.
