Mackin House Museum - A Call for Volunteers

Mackin House Museum is seeking volunteers for our Bridging Generations project.

We need local seniors to share their experience and knowledge of traditional arts, crafts, customs and culinary methods with children, youth and new Canadians among others.

If you have a skill to share, like knitting, woodworking, painting, baking or local historic knowledge to pass down of the Coquitlam community then we need you!  Read more

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer of the Week

We want to celebrate the people in our community who make a difference!  Do you know an person that plays an integral role in the life of Coquitlam and Port Moody?  Send us suggestions of individual volunteers that you think should be profiled as a Volunteer of the Week, and don't forget to tell us why you think they qualify!

Also, does your community organization have something going on that you want everyone to know about?  Be sure to share it on the Community Calendar!
